New condominium project planned in downtown San Diego

Real estate in San Diego makes it a great place to live, including this La Jolla real estate for sale.A new luxury condominium project is planned for downtown San Diego.

Vancouver-based real estate developer Nat Bosa has announced plans to build a high rise project on Pacific Highway and E. Streets, with 232 units built by 2017. The condos won’t be cheap – they’ll sell for more than $1 million each. The project is expected to boost the real estate market downtown; there are a limited number of downtown San Diego condos for sale, and help bolster demand for downtown luxury living.

The units will range in size from 956 square feet to 2,083 square feet, in 41 stories. Retail is also planned, including more than 16,000-square feet of ground floor retail developments. Bosa isn’t a stranger to real estate in San Diego. He has built several properties in the area, including the Horizons Condominiums and the Park Plaza.

The project is anticipated to be one of the largest downtown condo projects to hit the San Diego real estate market in recent years.
